I made this fun card(it's missing the black background) at Sherrill's event yesterday. I thought it looked hard, but it wasn't. The black images are stamped(on non-glossy photo paper). Then we used a template to sponge on the yellow. Then we did the fun part, the clouds. We used a gray ink pad, a small sponge, and a torn piece of paper. It's my new favorite stampin' technic. Spooky Halloween Card
